I can’t say enough great things about Alexandra’ s work for our wedding. It’s hard to even know where to start. The first time I contacted Alex about her services she was quick to respond and continued those quick responses the rest of year in planning. My husband and I had our wedding at Villa Saan in Phuket, Thailand. Being on the other side of the world from Thailand, it was hard for me to envision what we would want. I was so nervous we were making the right decision to have a villa wedding versus a beach wedding and if we picked the right villa. We even went back and forth a couple times on 3 different villas and Alex never made me feel bad. She would continue to explain the difference of each villa to help us finalize a decision. I was concerned about cost, as with any wedding or event you can let it get out of hand, but Alex made sure to help us have the wedding of our dreams that could match our budget as close as possible. To me she became a friend throughout this planning process and I couldn’t appreciate that more. She already impressed us through the event planning but when we arrived to Thailand she was even more impressive. She arranged a meeting at the villa with us where she spent a few hours with us on everything. All notes were laid out and organized and she even had her PowerPoint printed out for us that we had been using. Then on rehearsal day, she spent a few hours with us and the DJ, and never made us feel rushed. She didn’t leave until everyone felt informed on the process. On the day of the wedding, she impressed everyone. She had everything together, never showed any stress. Any time she would come to talk to my husband or me, she was so relaxed to make sure that we were relaxed. If there was any trouble or issues behind the scenes, Chris and I definitely never knew about it and I’m sure I guests didn’t either. Alex was so great, that my husband even brought her up in his speech at the wedding and made sure to announce a thank you to her at the end. The DJ, Shane, was perfect . The flowers were perfect. The food, catered by Alex’s husband was something everyone was talking about. Everything was perfect. A couple other things that I will add is she even let me borrow her lipstick before taking pictures on the beach since I needed to reapply. Then my husband got in a motorcycle accident the day after our wedding and she was just upset that we hadn’t called her because she would have come to the hospital with us . Side note, my husband is fine and make sure you take her recommendation to not get a scooter in Thailand 🙂 She truly is just amazing. Alex, thank you for everything. You made our day so perfect!

Thank you for a great and perfect moment created by Alexandra and her team. As I had bought an airplane ticket and hotel to Phuket, I started to research how I was going to propose to my girlfriend via Google. After having reached out to numerous agents, Alexandra promptly responded and was very effective and available with the communication. This made it much easier to plan and have any questions answered ASAP. She also coordinated with the hotel after I had made a quick brief introduction and took it from there - making my life much easier! We landed the same day - early that morning - got some rest and went for a massage. While we were getting ready, Alexandra and her team were ready before the agreed time and were ready to go. My girlfriend was shocked when she saw a 4 person team for a photoshoot, but quickly became comfortable with all of them as they were extremely friendly and supportive. After a lovely sunset photoshoot with guidance from the team during or photoshoot, the fire show began and the proposal took place. Looking back at it, the planning and coordination was perfect as I had envisioned it and my girlfriend and I felt like it was a dream for us. Me and my husband felt really lucky to have found Alexandra as our wedding planner. I was so lost at the beginning until I got Alexandra’s contact, she was all the time contactable and promptly responded, her team is amazing and super organised from head to toe. It made it much easier to plan and we felt relieved. She always contacted me even I’m from hkg and she’s in phuket just to make sure things go right. Alex took super good care of us and our guests on the day, she solved every problems we had from having babysitters to the catering matters. Alex recommended a very professional makeup artist for my big day and even before, she organised a make up trial and food tasting in advance. At the dinner reception, tables are set up in a U shape to make sure everyone could enjoyed the night /show. All of our friends and families were so into that evening and dancing with the live band as arranged. Wedding is a one time thing in life, we feel so grateful and blessed to have Alexandra and her team making our day so memorable and remarkable, we felt like it was a dream for us. My partner (now husband) Matt and I took on Alex’s wedding planner services about a year in advance. We’re Aussies who are based in Dubai, so we opted for Thailand as this was central between us and our family and friends, and although not legal, was very welcoming to us as a same sex couple. We had a basic idea of what we wanted – Private villa with beachfront, epic sunset, so we eventually found Villa Shanti at Jivana Villas. All in all, we had the PERFECT wedding. The location was obviously the dream spot, but it all came together no thanks to the incredible and detailed service from Alex and Bespoke Experiences. Everything went smoothly, only because she kept the agenda in order. There were zero hiccups on the day/night, except a mic that was playing up, but these things happen. If that was the worse thing, then i’d say we were very lucky. Great communication throughout the journey, and pretty much gave us a day that will go on now as the best day of our lives. Pero nos comunicamos en italiano y nos entendimos bastante bien. Nos explicó con detalle como sería la ceremonia. Quedamos en el lobby del hotel el día de la ceremonia y allí nos esperaba el chófer del taxi para llevarnos al lugar de la celebración. Alexandra tuvo el detalle de hacer una placa para que el chófer llevara con nuestros nombres. El señor fué muy correcto y conducía muy bien. Nos llevó hasta el lugar, que era perfecto, una playa muy tranquila, con un paisaje que faltan palabras para describirlo. La decoración de un buen gusto sin igual. El ramo era muy bonito. El celebrante era de habla inglesa, pero con Alexandra quedamos que él nos lo leyera en castellano y así lo hizo. Nos escribió todo en castellano y nos lo leyó todo para nosotros. Fueron unas palabras muy bonitas. El fotógrafo muy profesional y simpático, de esa forma nos hizo sentir muy cómodos. La cena fue maravillosa, muy buena y abundante y sin picante como nosotros queríamos. El picante lo pusieron aparte. La decoración de la mesa, con detalles florales. Y el servicio del restaurante muy bueno también. Las camareras nos hicieron fotos con sus móviles. Myself and, now fiancé Yelena had the most amazing proposal thanks to Alex from Bespoke Wedding Experience in Phuket. Honestly I couldn’t recommend her enough. We got married 3 years ago at a town hall but have always planned to have a wedding party with family and friends after the pandemic. Fantastic experience with Bespoke Experiences’ team. Our planner Alexandra gave us fantastic idea, good coordination. Her partner Adam is very helpful. Both of them took good care of us. Make sure the locations is less crowded, the view is good, logistic smooth for the best result. We got a special customise proposal(Helicopter tour + vintage car)from Alex. The photo- and videography sessions were fun and hassle free. Special thanks to our photographer and videographer Ball and Eak too ! We are having lots of fun !!! Bespoke was AMAZING. I was searching all the social media when I came their IG page. I contacted them and immediately knew they were who I was picking to carry out our special moment. From the beginning the communication was fast and easy. They answered all the questions I had. They picked us up from our hotel and accommodated the entire setup. Due to delayed flights and lost baggage (including the ring!) we we missed the planned proposal day but Alexandra was so accomodating and worked with me to schedule in another day (and provided some needed moral support)...thankfully the ring came in time for the new proposal day. Now to the proposal - it was truly a one in a lifetime experience I will never forget and couldn't reccomend enough to anyone thinking of proposing in Phuket. It is worth every dollar and you will not regret it. We came up with a story for my partner around a beach photoshoot and Alexandra played along perfectly. After the photoshoot we moved to a beautiful setup with flowers where we had some sparkling wine before an amazing fireshow and the proposal. My fiance had absolutely no idea and was completely suprised. After the photoshoot we were then dropped off at a restaurant Alexandra had recommended for a lovely dinner. I knew that I wanted to create the perfect proposal in Phuket. I came across Bespoke Experiences on Google and messaged them; Alex replied promptly and professionally. She was very understanding and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process - she listened to my ideas and made excellent further suggestions that I hadn't even thought of. When it came to the day itself, Alex made sure that everything went according to plan and left the rest up to me. She also recommended a really nice restaurant and organised the transport for this as well. It all went better than I could have imagined. Oh - and she said yes! Right from the get go Alex was on hand to answer any questions I had, even from Australia I felt reassured that the proposal was going to be perfect! When we arrived at the proposal location Alex and her team were there to assist us however we needed and made us feel comfortable with the photoshoot as we had never done anything like this before. It then came to the big moment and my nerves were going crazy but the whole set up of the proposal area was perfect and with a champagne in hand to help the nerves, it all went smoothly! The fire show was also amazing! Even after the proposal you didn't feel rushed like they wanted to pack up, we sat there for a good 30 mins taking in the moment and drinking the rest of the champagne. The following day we received our first photos from the shoot to announce the proposal to all our family and friends... they were perfect! I was looking for a perfect proposal seei g as im bassed Australia and i wanted to do it phuket i didnt know where to start. After a bit google seaching i came across the wedding planners phuket. After looking though there packages I reached out to alex and she was extremely helpful. After making contact though and email she we had video call where I told her what I was looking for. She put together a fantastic package for us. And everything was sorted i just waiting for the day to come. When it did we had a arranged a privet car to pick up from out hotel and drop as at the location and when we arrived it was so much better then I ever expected. The whole set up was beautiful and my partner was in shock when she saw it. After getting down on one knee and popping the question we had a little photo shoot that captured the moment perfectly. A little chill on the beach just the two of us with some bubble and music watching the su. Go down was the perfect end. Found Bespoke Experiences through Facebook after doing lots of research. Alex has been engaged since our initial meeting and this gave me the confidence to proceed. Communication has been stellar at all times. Plans were clearly communicated and options provided. Alex was always willing to accomodate any changes to suit our proposal. To the people who are deciding wether to book with Bespoke Experiences for your proposal my answer is yes, yes and YES. From the initial inquiry, Alexandra & Adam from Bespoke Experiences reached out to me with more information and prices of the services with them in a very timely fashion. They had such a wide range of fantastic proposal packages all for such great value. I ended up deciding on the private dinner beach proposal and added an extra of 1 hour professional photography to capture this wonderful memory for the rest of my and my now fiancé’s lives. Payment transfer was very simple and the communication and reassurance from the Bespoke team was a much needed relief to some of the stresses of proposing abroad. As for the special day itself, if I could give more stars in this review I would. I was added into a WhatsApp group with Adam and had a phone call with Alexandra to plan out how the day would unfold as to surprise my partner. The photography session while a bit unnerving as it was my partner and I’s first time, our photographer was very helpful in guiding us through posing and was exceptional at capturing our chemistry and it ended up being a fun experience. The proposal spot was laid out with a heart made from beautiful Thai flowers and candles with a backdrop of an elegant lit up dinner set up. I proposed as my partner was so overwhelmed with emotion helped brought on by the amazing setting and everything was perfect. We then enjoyed our four course dinner menu which was delicious and had time to enjoy and reflect on our special day in private over a bottle of champagne. Dinner was amazing and we did not feel rushed at all. This review is a result of my deepest gratitude for Bespoke experiences and their entire team who was so helpful, kind and professional. Alex did an amazing job planning and coordinating our last minute elopement. Everything went smoothly and the wedding itself was beautiful. I ended up not feeling well halfway through the experience and our coordinator sat with me and held a cold water bottle to my neck and made sure I was feeling okay. We took a short walk down the beach to the most extravagant and gorgeous beach setup I have ever seen. My fiancé had planned a surprise engagement and everything was set up so beautifully. Our coordinator had a heart made out of candles and roses on the beach with a beautiful linen draped table constructed on the beach. It was beautiful. Her team was so kind and took amazing care of us throughout our experience and made sure that we had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We found Alexandra when doing a google search for wedding planners in Phuket. We were looking for something very specific as we had our eye on a particular venue. Alexandra was quick to contact us back and start providing advice and insight into what we needed to be thinking about and how best to approach our wedding. It was also super helpful that she had a relationship with our venue owner so was able to get us a very good price on it! I was able to meet the team well before our wedding when I went to Phuket and so was able to try the menu in advance. Which by the way, all our guests raved about. We opted for live music on the day and so Alexandra worked hard to find and secure is the musicians we wanted on the day. The guests throughly enjoyed themselves on the dance floor thanks to them. The day itself couldn’t have been any better. The entire day was planned meticulously. Everything was smooth and there were absolutely no issues It really was a once in a lifetime experience that none of guests will ever forgot!

We highly recommend Bespoke! We had such a good experience with them when we were on our vacation in Thailand. They set up everything very nicely, we’re very prepared, and even offered us water or anything we needed during the engagement session since it was hot.
